I've been following K Andrew's blog, and she has a Simply Sunday challenge every other Sunday. You can check out the challenge here.
I made this card for the 'Retro Daddy!' challenge.
Details:
* Kraft cardstock for the card base which is an easel card (love making these!)
* DCWV Guy stack
* cardstock from my stash
* Jukebox cut at 3 3/4" from 'Nifty Fifties' cartridge, edges inked with Tim Holtz 'Tea Dye' Distress Ink
* sentiment stamps from Pink By Design 'Jump & Jive' and 'All in the Family' sets
* ekSuccess punch
* teal cording
* added teal gems using Imaginisce i-Rock (love this tool!)
* foam squares to attach jukebox and sentiment
* Helmar Liquid Scrap Dots to attach music notes, 'grandpa' and 'dad' sentiments (perfect for attaching tiny pieces)
This card incorporates many of my favorite things; DCWV stacks, Pink By Design stamps, cording, and Imaginisce i-Rock. Don't you just LOVE these products?!
This card has a lot of layers so I will be hand-delivering it to my Dad when we visit in July. It will be a little bit late, but I don't want it to get squished and ruined in the mail. I'll send him a picture of it on Father's Day.
Thanks for stopping by!

Awesome, awesome. I love the retro look and I really need to get that cart. There seems to be too many images I NEED. Hehehe
