Every month over at the Scrappin' Chics Challenge Blog, we'll be having a month-long challenge. There are some great sponsors and prizes!
This month the challenge is to create something with a Kitchen theme. The only rule is that you can't use the apron die cut. You can create anything; a card, layout, altered item, etc. Just have fun with it!
Each of the designers have created something to help get the creative juices flowing. And we'll each be sharing 2 more projects throughout the month.
Here is my first project:
I've been trying to get caught up on my scrappin layouts (I doubt I ever will, but I can try) and these challenge are a perfect for me.
Details:
pink and shimmer green cardstock - Bazzil Basics
kraft cardstock - Recollections
patterned paper - Recollections "All Girl" stack
"Mommy's little" - cut using Lyrical Letters and welded using DS
"chef" - cut using HK Font and welded using DS
chef's hat and oven mitts - cut using Everyday Paper Dolls
MS edge punch (sorry, not sure of the name)
Epiphany Crafts round 20 Button Studio
embroidery floss
pop dots
tape runner
I hope I've given you a little inspiration to get started on your Kitchen-themed project for this month's challenge. Be sure to stop by all the Designer's blogs for more inspiration!
When your finished with your project, be sure to stop by the Scrappin' Chics Challenge blog and link it up!
Thanks for stopping by!
