Here is my project:
I love washi tape and have lots of it but haven't used it. I found a similar card on the ScrapbookSteals.com blog and thought it was the perfect way to use all the tape that I've been collecting.
I love the way it turned out!
I just cut strips of washi tape and stuck them diagonally across a piece of white card stock until I had it covered. I used a craft knife and ruler to clean up all the edges. Then I added a black mat behind it before adhering it to the card front. I also added a sentiment using the Jaded Blossom "Candy Charms and Banners" die, and stamp from the "Sweet Birthday Wishes" set. I also added a black mat behind the banner.
I hope you're finding lots of inspiration to use up the forgotten treasures in your craft space.
Thank you for stopping by!

I LOVE this card, I have so much other stuff I purposely haven't bought any washi tape but I just might have to steal this idea to do with all the patterned paper I have laying around.
