Back to the 80's Blog Hop

Welcome Crafty Friends to Emily's "Back to the 80's" Birthday Blog Hop!



Today we are celebrating Emily's BIG day with a flash back to the 80's. This is my favorite decade as I was in my teen years, and have the best memories from then; pegged jeans, slouchy socks, big hair, LA Gear hi-tops, Duran Duran, portable casette players, Rubiks Cube, MC Hammer, Roller Skating, Michael Jackson, etc. It makes me want to get out my year books and reminisce.

You should have come from Dawn's blog, but if you just happened upon my blog and would like to start at the beginning, hop on over to Emily's blog. You won't want to miss out of any of the great projects!

Here is my card that I made:




Supplies used:
Digi image "Lil Fashionette 80's Sookie" by Tickled Pink Stamps
Patterned paper from Recollections
"80s" cut using Don Juan cartridge
Tulle

My blog candy today is the "Doodlecharms" cartridge.


All you need to do is:
"like" Emily's Facebook page, "Create Serendipity" and wish her a Happy Birthday, be a follower of my blog, and leave me a comment letting me know what reminds you of the 80's.     lol I wore things like that. The bright shirt, the short skirt with leggings under but of corse the shirt was cropped so I added suspenders. and lets not forget the leg warmers made famous in flash dance and fame.

    BTW it'sa beautiful I'm getting caught up in the 80's again.

    Nice card. What I remember about the 80's is He-Man, the Ninja turtles, Rainbowbrite. I had 3 small kids at that time.
